Comparison of clinical effect of CT diagnosis and X-ray Plain film diagnosis in children with Acute Osteomyelitis during emergency treatment

Background Acute osteomyelitis has great harmfulness. To conduct comparative analysis on the difference of clinical effect CT diagnosis and X-ray plain film in children with acute during emergency treatment, to provide guidance for treatment this disease. Methods The study subjects were 32 osteomyelitis. All examined by before surgery. Image characteristics detection rates bone destruction, changes periosteum cortex compared. Funding scanning image: early stage, symptoms demonstrated as that submuscular space disappeared, boundary between subcutaneous muscle tissues was blurred. images stage showed hyperemia edema soft tissue, a slightly lower density lesion, disappearance interfascicular space, low-density abscess cavity center. rate destruction scan obviously higher than X-ray, terms special morphology, shell residual expansion, circular peripheral defect, diagnostic sensitivity specificity better film. Interpretation good accuracy,
